I had my first treatment with Cat last week and it was *amazing*…

I was a bit nervous and wasn’t sure what to expect, but Cat held the space perfectly and I felt safe, heard and held throughout. It was an empowering, connecting and relaxing experience.

My digestive system has been more happily gurgling since, and I feel more connected to my womb space and to treating her gently…

As an unexpected side effect, my reflux/acid is miles better since treatment and with following the prescribed self-care I am noticing a decrease in the tension / pain around my diaphragm which I didn’t even know I was carrying.
