I had the most amazing Arvigo Therapy it really helped with my IBS and constipation and meant that I could go away on a walking holiday without the pain I had been suffering for 2months.

Cat has incredible warmth and healing energy in her hands, I really felt so relaxed and uplifted, she also explained and instructed me on self treatment which I was able to continue whilst away, making me feel much better about my illness and giving me confidence and control over my symptoms.

I thoroughly recommend Cat Manasa Hawkins, truly holistic, a beautiful therapy room, wonderful aromatic oils and a caring, intuitive therapist. I look forward to more treatments.
